Twenty ticks at $5 per tick across two contracts equal $200 gross movement. With $8 fees and $10 estimated slippage, favorable net movement is about $182.
Calculation method
Gross dollar movement = ticks × tick value × contracts. Favorable net result subtracts fees and slippage. Adverse net result includes the market loss plus fees and slippage. Price movement = ticks × minimum tick size.

What is a tick?
