The coach uses the records you keep. It can point at a broken rule. It cannot know a trade you never wrote down.

What this page is

An AI trading coach is only as useful as the journal underneath it. Ask it what you repeat, which session loses, and which plan line you skip.

It is not a signal service and it does not manage a live account. Education and a second look at your own notes. That is the job.

How to use it

Log the trades first. The coach should refuse to invent a history.
Ask one question about the process, such as where the plan and the result disagree.
Change the plan in writing. Do not treat the reply as an order to buy or sell.

Journal — The notes the coach is allowed to use.
Plan — The rules the coach should compare with the trades.
Review — The numbers to ask about after a set of trades.

Questions

Will the coach tell me what to trade?

No. It talks about your recorded process. It does not send entries and it does not place orders.

Can it review an empty journal?

It can only discuss what you saved. An empty journal has nothing for it to review.
