Account creation does not enroll a trader in marketing. Newsletter consent is optional and may be withdrawn without losing account access. Profiles are private by default. Traders control whether their profile, ROI, R-multiple/R:R summary, or historical trade logs are public. Public profiles never expose live positions or pending orders. Staff access to live, delayed, or practice records requires separate, specific, revocable permission. USATraderDeals stores account, journal, support, privacy, and consent records for defined product, security, and operating purposes.
