Shows which evidence sources are connected and which missing source weakens the next review.
Confirms which connected data can support analytics and whether AI testing is ready.

A prop-firm-aware improvement system that connects the chart, plan, execution, emotions, account rules, evidence, and coaching into one review. It is designed to show what happened, why it happened, what it cost, and the single behavior to train next.
Run a review using the records connected across this trader workspace.
Reconstruct the original plan and every meaningful change.
Compare the real result with consistent rule-based alternatives—without pretending hindsight is certainty.
The coach converts journal evidence into a measurable five-session experiment.
Success condition: invalidation is saved before the practice plan is marked complete. Current adherence: 100% across two sessions.
Core capabilities plus WolfGuard differentiators.
Dictate searchable notes during a session, timestamp them against market and execution events, and convert them into structured tags after the session.
Attach chart screenshots, marked levels, thesis changes, and exit evidence without mixing the original plan with hindsight edits.
Measure favorable and adverse excursion, giveback, best-exit scenarios, risk efficiency, slippage, fees, partials, and execution quality.
Show sample size, uncertainty, regime sensitivity, and outlier dependence beside every win rate—so small samples never masquerade as a proven edge.
Replay each trade against the exact daily loss, trailing drawdown, news, consistency, payout, and minimum-day rules active at that time.
Combine all open simulated exposure and block or warn when the next planned trade would threaten the saved challenge rules.
Track evaluation fees, resets, discounts, payouts, time invested, break-even point, and true return across every firm and account attempt.
Detect loss-streak, revenge-risk, fatigue, risk escalation, and rule-break sequences; offer a personalized cooldown and return-to-trade checklist.
Reveal duplicated risk across correlated symbols, accounts, firms, and copied simulated positions before total exposure becomes invisible.
Compare performance by volatility, trend, session, economic events, spread conditions, liquidity, and planned news-risk windows.
Quantify what changed after entry and estimate which deviations helped, hurt, or had insufficient evidence to judge.
Turn a journal observation into a test, collect a defined sample, compare the result, and promote only validated improvements into the playbook.
Keep real personal/prop results separate from Practice Challenge simulations so the statistics never mix.
Manual trades, CSV imports, and future broker sync appear only here.
Chart Auto-Log and Practice Challenge activity stay separate from actual performance.
Bias, levels, permitted setups, risk budget, cutoff, catalysts, and no-trade conditions.
Thesis, trigger, execution, management, outcome, rule adherence, emotion, and lesson.
Best decision, largest mistake, plan deviation cost, statistics, and tomorrow’s focus.
Import trader-owned CSV, TSV, JSON, NDJSON, text, HTML tables, XML, and modern Excel workbooks. WolfGuard automatically recognizes common broker and journal headings. Missing fields never cause a row to be thrown away—they are imported with a clear Needs review label while every original field is preserved.
Choose a file, paste spreadsheet rows, paste JSON, or type one record per line. The importer detects the format and builds a reversible preview before saving.
WolfGuard maps common names such as ticker/symbol, buy-sell/direction, net profit/P&L, contracts/lots/quantity, strategy/setup, and hundreds of close variations.
Up to 100 rows are shown here. The complete detected file is imported.
Export the full journal—not only date, market, direction, entry, exit, P&L, and R.
Includes account, asset class, times, size, stop, target, fees, risk, R, setup, session, emotion, adherence, tags, notes, source, import quality, and preserved original fields.
Preserves nested original fields and every supported journal detail for restoration or transfer to another system.
Download a blank, fully documented CSV template. Traders can use all columns or only the ones their journal already contains.
Each batch can be identified and the newest batch can be undone safely.
Review every simulated or manually imported trade.

Every request can use saved actual and practice journals, imported source fields, plans, playbooks, replay notes, risk controls, behavior recovery, account, execution, strategy, portfolio, prop-rule, and practice intelligence. Calculations remain deterministic; AI explains the evidence and suggests process improvements.
Stress-test a trading plan, estimate scenario-based account survival, and reduce position risk when current evidence weakens. These models support risk decisions; they do not predict market outcomes.
Saved to the signed-in workspace and available from this browser while sync completes.
Measure how a changed rule affects survival room, normalize two firms into the same language, and score whether an account transition is supported by evidence rather than marketing.

Tool 185 · Converts the initialized values into one operating dashboard.
Tool 186 · Tracks target completion, drawdown usage, trading-day completion, and remaining buffer.
These tools connect account limits, journal outcomes, strategy snapshots, and pre-trade controls. All calculations work now with entered or saved workspace data. AI review uses the same evidence only after the private AI backend is connected.

Tool 182 · Calculates the return needed to recover while enforcing smaller risk during recovery.
Tool 183 · Measures how much of total positive performance came from the best day or trade.
Market Regime Tagger, Strategy Drift Monitor, and Correlation Exposure Guard connect journal trades, playbook setups, daily plans, account limits, and manually entered market context. Deterministic results work now; AI can review the saved evidence after the secure AI backend is connected.
Tool 178 · Labels the current environment so trades can be compared under like-for-like conditions.
Tool 179 · Compares recently traded setup names with the approved playbook and written daily plans.
Tool 180 · Converts planned positions into shared currency, index, and risk-theme exposure before entry.

Tool 175 · Flags trade-count excess, rapid re-entry, and increased activity after losses.
Tool 176 · Compares expectancy and sample strength across Asia, London, New York, and unassigned trades.
Tool 177 · Checks whether saved trades match the written market, setup, risk, and daily trade limit.
These tools read the same saved accounts, manually entered position plans, risk records, and journals used elsewhere in WolfGuard Trader. Deterministic checks remain authoritative; AI explains the combined evidence after the secure Supabase connection is activated.
Tool 172 · Finds repeated currency and market-direction exposure across open positions.
Tool 173 · Reads saved actual or practice trades for risk escalation and repeated loss conditions.
Tool 174 · Sends the calculated exposure and behavior evidence to the secure AI backend.
This button will calculate and package the evidence now. It returns a clear connection message until Supabase AI is configured; once connected, the same button runs the real review and saves it through Supabase.
Trading Expectancy, Risk of Ruin, and Drawdown Recovery turn a trader's own win rate, payoff, risk, and loss limits into clear planning numbers. These tools use deterministic math and work immediately—no AI connection is required.
Reopen or delete prior planning results.
Weekly Risk Budget, Trade Quantity Converter, and Lot Size Converter live together so the trader can plan risk, convert exposure, and save the result before moving into TradeReady or the journal.
Results save to the connected trader workspace and stay available for review.
Daily Risk Guard combines the trader's personal cap, firm daily-loss limit, current equity drawdown, open risk, planned loss, trade count, and consecutive losses. It returns a process limit—not a signal or permission to trade.
Preserve what the guard showed before another trade was considered.
TradeReady combines the setup, direction, invalidation, reward-to-risk, daily risk budget, news status, prop rules, and emotional readiness into one saved decision record. Run the completed plan through the connected AI Coach for a prioritized process review.
Each record preserves what the gate showed before the trade.
Every listed firm is measured against the same 100-point rubric. The general score uses current published rules, payout terms, pricing, platforms, trader protections, verifiable company information, and corroborated evidence. It is separate from in-house testing. Unverified complaints remove zero points.
| Category | Maximum | Evidence reviewed |
|---|
90–100 Outstanding · 80–89.5 Strong · 70–79.5 Acceptable · 60–69.5 Caution · below 60 High concern. A low score is not automatically a fraud accusation.
Load versioned firm rules or enter them manually, simulate the next outcome, and see every drawdown, consistency, payout, position and holding-rule consequence before risking the account.
Open, rename through the form, or delete your records.
PropShield checks the values and rules entered here. Firm rules can change, open equity can move, and broker calculations may differ. Always verify the official account dashboard before trading.
Keep an audit trail of what the tool showed before a decision.
Practice discipline against configurable prop-style rules without placing real orders.
Behavior Recovery Protocol reads saved trades, journal records, Daily Risk Guard checkpoints, quick notes, emotions, rule breaks, loss streaks, and trade frequency. It turns that evidence into a recovery lock, caution plan, or ready state. It is process coaching, not a signal or financial advice.
Track when you stopped, waited, or cleared yourself to use TradeReady again.
Three evidence tools read the same actual journal, practice journal, Trade Log, accounts, and playbooks already connected across WolfGuard Trader. Results describe saved records only—never a prediction, signal, or guarantee.
Measures whether the most recent sample is improving or weakening without hiding the sample size.
Finds creeping position risk and risk increases after losses using the risk percentages actually saved with trades.
Ranks saved setups by expectancy and sample strength. A profitable small sample remains “early”—it is not promoted as a proven edge.
Write one observable rule the trader can follow and measure for the next ten trades. The saved focus follows the trader across the connected workspace.
Filter actual and practice results independently by account, strategy, time, market, tag, and date.
Each report opens a calculated summary from the selected journal data.
Calculated results and sample-size warnings appear here.

Broker-neutral import with mapping, duplicate detection, and validation.
TradingView analysis charts are available; practice results are entered manually.
This guide explains every area currently available. You do not need to be an experienced trader or understand technical software. Follow the numbered steps, use the buttons in this guide, and remember the most important rule: real trading activity belongs in the Actual Journal; pretend practice activity belongs in the Practice Simulation Journal.
Use this journal when the trade happened in a real personal brokerage account, a prop-firm challenge you actually purchased, or a funded prop-firm account.
Simulation means you practice decisions using market prices, but the portal does not send the order to a broker and no real money is won or lost.
| Question | Actual / Normal | Practice / Simulation |
|---|---|---|
| Did a real account take the trade? | Yes | No |
| Can real money change? | Yes, in the outside brokerage or prop account | No |
| Where do I enter it? | Trading Journal → Actual Trades | Trading Journal → Practice Simulations |
| Which accounts belong here? | Personal, purchased challenge, funded prop | Manual chart review or practice prop challenge |
| Main purpose | Measure real execution and real discipline | Learn safely before risking money |
| Should results be mixed? | Only use “All” for a broad overview. Use separate Actual and Practice filters for honest evaluation. | |
Open each lesson for what it does, how to use it, and what it can teach you.
The home screen is a summary. It shows your chart, quick workspaces, recent trades, net profit or loss, win rate, profit factor, rule adherence, equity curve, and current practice-challenge progress.
Use this TradingView chart for analysis, then save the plan, screenshots, result, and review in the journal.
Behavior Recovery Protocol helps the trader stop after a loss streak, emotional spike, or rule break before the next trade becomes revenge trading.
Performance Lab converts saved actual or practice trades into three focused reviews: rolling trade health, risk drift, and setup evidence.
The Workspace Center adds 25 subscriber-only upgrades to the private trader workspace.
The suite connects nine active subscriber tools to the private journal and account workspace.
Tools 190–192 compare rule changes and account transitions with deterministic evidence.
Tools 187–189 turn connected practice results into a rules-first readiness decision.
Tools 184–186 create the minimum complete account record.
Tools 181–183 connect account-level risk with performance evidence.
Tools 178–180 connect context, strategy discipline, and total exposure.
Tools 175–177 evaluate frequency, session evidence, and whether execution matched the written plan.
Tools 172–174 connect open-position exposure with recent journal behavior and the AI coaching layer.
Tools 169–171 calculate expectancy, estimate risk of ruin, and map drawdown recovery without AI.
The Risk Calculator Suite adds the next three free tools: Weekly Risk Budget, Trade Quantity Converter, and Lot Size Converter.
Daily Risk Guard is a session circuit breaker. It uses the stricter of the firm daily-loss rule and the trader's personal daily cap, then subtracts current equity drawdown and open risk.
TradeReady checks whether a planned trade matches the trader's own playbook, risk limits, minimum reward-to-risk, daily loss budget, news restrictions, prop rules, and emotional-readiness rules.
PropShield tests a planned trade or payout against maximum drawdown, daily loss, consistency, minimum days, payout readiness, position size, trade count, news and holding restrictions.
Challenge Lab lets you practice an approved prop-firm challenge before paying for or attempting the real evaluation. The firm, account amount, profit target, daily loss limit, maximum drawdown, minimum days, and allowed trading behaviors come from the approved challenge database.
This workspace organizes the accounts you trade and the rules you intend to follow.
The journal has three tabs: Actual Trades, Practice Simulations, and Notebook & Templates.
This area turns journal information into structured review. It includes decision timelines, rule reviews, behavior patterns, evidence, confidence checks, risk gates, performance fingerprints, experiments, and supporting analytics.
Use it after enough trades have been recorded. Small samples can be misleading, so compare the evidence behind any conclusion.
The Trade Log is the table of recorded trades. Search by market or setup, filter winners and losers, and export the visible history as a CSV file.
The “Log Actual Trade” button opens the Actual Journal so a real trade cannot accidentally be recorded as practice.
The Playbook stores the setups you allow yourself to trade. Each setup can describe its market context, entry confirmation, invalidation, management rules, examples, and grade.
Create one setup for each genuinely different strategy. Avoid creating a new setup name merely to explain a losing trade.
Analytics calculates net profit or loss, win rate, profit factor, average trade, and grouped reports. Select Actual, Practice, or All before drawing a conclusion.
This workspace contains CSV validation, backtest plans, replay reviews, and connection status.
Quick Note is available in the top bar from every dashboard screen. It automatically records the date and time, saves the note to the connected trader workspace, and can send the note directly to the AI Coach.
The coach helps turn mistakes, checklist needs, and discipline problems into a focused plan. It is process coaching, not a trade signal and not financial advice.
The AI Coach uses your saved journals, TradeReady plans, analytics, and quick notes to provide process-focused guidance.
My Tools contains trading calculators for position size, risk amount, risk percentage, stop distance, take-profit distance, drawdown, maximum position, fixed-dollar risk, and reward-to-risk.
Search by name, filter by category, favorite frequently used tools, create collections, assign tools to collections, and reopen recent tools.
Settings controls display name, timezone, starting balance, risk per trade, daily loss limit, maximum drawdown, and whether practice progress appears on the dashboard.
The portal is private to approved accounts. Connected subscriber records are saved to the authenticated trader workspace, with a browser copy kept for fast use.
Total winning dollars divided by total losing dollars. Above 1 means wins are larger than losses overall.
Result compared with the amount originally risked. +2R means twice the planned risk was earned.
How far an account fell from its prior high or allowed balance.
The percentage of recorded rules the trader actually followed.
Favorite, organize, and quickly reopen the tools used in your trading process.
Search every tool, keep one account and strategy in context, complete the work that matters today, protect saved records, and review the week inside your own private account. Every saved record remains isolated to the signed-in trader.
Keyboard shortcuts: Ctrl/⌘ + K opens search; Alt + 1 Dashboard; Alt + 2 Journal; Alt + 3 ten-tool suite; Alt + 4 Workspace Center.
These nine active tools use the trader's own journal, plans, accounts, practice records, and explicitly entered information. Forex, futures, CFDs, indices, and other TradingView-supported markets can be journaled and practiced. Manual-input futures calculators remain available; paid data connections, live futures operations, and backtesting remain unpublished.
Enter one planned or open position per line. The map groups repeated currency, index, metal, and crypto themes across accounts and firms.
This quick check reads the current private journal sample and combines it with the trader's honest pressure score. The full recovery system remains available for a complete cooldown plan.
Turn saved actual or practice trades into evidence-backed patterns. Samples remain clearly labeled so a few trades never look conclusive.
Memory is opt-in. Save only process information you want the coach to reuse, and remove it at any time.
This is a readiness and data-source control center. Direct broker sync, live order execution, and unlicensed futures data remain disabled. Manual entries, CSV import, TradingView charts, practice tools, journals, analytics, and coaching work now.
Save the provider and purpose you may want later. This does not activate a data feed or transmit credentials.
Load licensed HF Data Library candles, step through history without seeing the future, and run a deterministic moving-average test. This release covers U.S. stocks and ETFs only; futures history remains unpublished.
